It is the Springtime...

With the temperatures climbing up to 65 degrees today, I decided it would be a fine day to take Harley for a walk and cook on the grill. With all that cabin fever inside of me, I just couldn't wait to get outside and do something! It was so nice to go outside without a jacket and hear kids playing. I'm so ready for the summer... Anyways, it's supposed to snow this weekend. Bummer...

It's normal though-- we get a taste of spring then one last dose of winter before spring REALLY comes. Hopefully this weekend is that last dose of winter until November.

I remember when this happened when I was a freshman in college (in Michigan). I went to my first class of the day in jeans and a t-shirt (at about 8 am)-- it was in the 60s. By the time I got out of the class 2 hours later it had dropped to the low 30s and started snowing. I had to run back to my dorm to grab a jacket before going to my next class.

While I was visiting California, I made a mention to my friend, that weathermen have it easy out there. The weather there is the same everyday. Sunny and hot! Around here, we have to watch the Weather Channel.
